Bethany wins PumpkinOff VI

Congratulations Bethany on being the repeat winner of the 6th annual Williams lab Pumpkin cook off! Bethany’s creation this year was agnolotti made from pumpkin-infused pasta, stuffed with pumpkin puree, sage and mozzarella, and doused in an impossibly rich cheese-cream sauce. Amazing! Thanks to everyone who participated for their creative entries, and for joining us for some outdoor socially-distanced fun as we wished Kevin good luck in the next chapter of his scientific life.
